After testing the data bus for signal quality there was a signal noise on the gateway which will cause various problems between module's

Testing and checking end of gateway and resitance/serial bus over a few days to diagnose the problem was finally found under the rear seat...

Cutting a long story short it was the baby seat causing pressure on the wiring harness under the seat, causing the seat base to damage the Can-Bus loom Inc cutting another harness wire

4 wires out of hundreads of meters causing the problem on the same car the car was Fixed

After further investigation we found a earthing point on the vehicle that had seen better day's
